Alia connects to most of the email, SMS, and marketing platforms your clients already use. This article lists the platforms Alia integrates with natively, and explains how to send signups to a platform that isn't on the list.

💡 Note: Integrations are connected inside each brand's own Alia account, not your partner account. To set one up, switch to the brand's store in the workspace picker, then go to Integrations.

Native integrations

These platforms connect from the Integrations page in the brand's Alia account. When a shopper signs up through an Alia popup, their details are sent to the platform automatically.

Third-party pixels

Some platforms don't need an account connection. If the platform's script is already on the brand's website, Alia can identify shoppers to it when they sign up. Turn these on in the brand's Alia account under Settings > Third-party pixels.

Third-party pixels are available for Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, AimTrack, Omnisend, Yotpo, SMSBump, PushOwl, Dotdigital, Privy, and OneText.

Partner integrations

These platforms work alongside Alia. Most of the setup happens in the partner's platform rather than in Alia.

Connect a platform without a native integration

If your client's platform isn't listed, there's usually still a way to send Alia signups to it.

Method	How it works
Shopify customer sync	Alia saves every signup as a Shopify customer. If the platform has its own Shopify connector, it picks up Alia signups from Shopify automatically.
Zapier or n8n	An Execute on Signup action in the popup sends each signup to a webhook, and Zapier or n8n passes it to the platform. See Integrate Alia with Zapier.
Direct webhook	If the platform accepts incoming webhooks, Execute on Signup can send signups straight to it, with no tool in between.
Alia SDK	A developer listens for the Alia signup event on the website and sends it to the platform's own browser SDK. See Triggering an Alia popup using our SDK.
Through a native integration	Send signups to a native platform, such as Klaviyo, then use that platform's own webhooks to reach the next tool.
CSV export	Export signups and import them into the platform manually.

💡 Tip: Start with Shopify customer sync. Most platforms with a Shopify connector pick up Alia signups with no extra setup.

Brands not on Shopify

Integrations work for brands on other platforms too, with a few differences:

If you use Shopify customer sync, connect the platform to the Shopify store Alia sets up for the brand.
Popups can offer 1 static discount code. Unique codes aren't available.
Analytics are limited, and checkout and order data aren't available.

Frequently asked questions

My client's platform isn't listed. Can Alia still work with it?

Usually, yes. Try Shopify customer sync first, then Zapier, n8n, or a direct webhook. If none of these work, contact your Alia partner manager with the platform's name.

Is Braze supported?

Braze works through Shopify customer sync, or through the Braze Web SDK when a shopper signs up. A native integration is on the roadmap.

Is Iterable supported?

Iterable works through Shopify customer sync, or through a webhook using Zapier or n8n. There's no native integration.

Can Alia build a native integration for my client's platform?

Tell your Alia partner manager which platform you need and how many of your clients use it. Native integrations are prioritized by demand.

Can I connect integrations from my partner account?

No. Integrations belong to each brand's Alia account. Switch to the brand's store in the workspace picker, then go to Integrations.
