Where you find your Alia invoices depends on how your store connects to Alia. If you installed Alia from the Shopify App Store, Alia charges appear on your Shopify bill. If your store doesn’t run on Shopify, Alia bills you directly through Stripe.
Find Alia charges on your Shopify bill
Shopify doesn’t send a separate invoice from Alia. Your Alia charges appear as a line item on your Shopify bill.
From your Shopify admin:
Select Settings → Billing.
Under Bills, select the bill you want to view.
Find the Alia line item in the app charges.
Find Alia invoices from Stripe
If your store doesn’t run on Shopify, Alia bills you through Stripe. Stripe emails an invoice to your billing email address each time you’re charged.
Search your inbox for an email from Stripe with “Alia” in the subject.
Select Download invoice to save a PDF copy.
